Send your tax forms to:
- Put your name in the subject box
- Put any other information you would like to add such as questions, appointment dates, etc., in the message box and send.
- We will call you to discuss and finish your Tax Return.

- Make a cover page by taking a blank page and writing your name, phone number, and email address on it.
- Fax over your cover page and any forms that show your earned income or any forms listed on the Tax Document Checklist located on our worksheets page to (714)842-2501.
